I am delighted to be a part of SPEEDISWIM's significant growth pillar, taking on the roles in coaches' development, program audit, and leading the coaches team to delivery Quality LTS.

I have been a competitive swimmer most of my teenage years and early twenties, as my father was also the former National Swimming Head Coach of Myanmar. My performance in the team had given me many opportunities to participate in both local and overseas competitions, including State Championships and Asian University Games, and winning medals in my favorite events.

Although I have graduated with a Business Management from MDIS in Singapore, I chose swimming coaching as a full time career since 2015, truly enjoy not just the development of ones swimming skill but forstering good character traits for children under my care as their aquatic educator.

In March 2022, I have the privilege to attend an upskilling program in Germany as an Aquatic Educator and High Performance Swimming Coach (Postgraduate Study Course) from UNIVERSITY OF LEIPZIG, Sports Science Faculty. I incredibly excited to share and apply what I have learnt to benefit many swimmers and the coaching team in SPEEDISWIM, raising the standards with a higher bar through SPEEDI Quality LTS program.

I am looking forward to leading my fellow coaches from SPEEDISWIM, work together to provide the best possible learning environment, not just in the development of Water Safety and Aquatics Skills, but a life skill that help to build self-confidence and self-belief that carries beyond the pool.
